The bike featured in this article is a Pinarello GAN, a model that, while not representing the top of the range at the time of its release, has always embodied the true DNA of the Italian brand. The GAN was conceived as a more accessible alternative to the Dogma, yet it shares the same design philosophy and technical solutions that has made Pinarello one of the most respected brands in the cycling world.

In this configuration, the bike is equipped with a Campagnolo Record 11-speed groupset, a drivetrain that still stands today as a benchmark for mechanical quality, reliability and riding pleasure.

The choice of rim brakes, now increasingly rare, not only preserves a clean and elegant aesthetic but also helps keep overall weight to a minimum.

Completing the build are ENVE SES 3.4 carbon wheels, an exceptionally well-balanced wheelset that combines aerodynamics, low weight and excellent stability even in crosswinds, enhancing both high-speed riding and climbing agility.

The complete bike weighs just 6.71 kg, an outstanding figure considering the age of the frame.
